Porsche Inspired Gauges
The initial conversation between Everrati™ and CAI about the gauges focused on maintaining the appearance of the ‘original’ 911 whilst providing the necessary performance data for an electric car. The two engineering teams worked closely together on the design of the five gauges. These are:
- Centrally located Power Gauge with Everrati™ logo – White faced gauge to measure the power use in kW;
- Charge and Voltage Dual Gauge with Everrati™ logo;
- Temperature Gauge – Another Dual Gauge indicating the temperature of the battery and motor, as well as lights for ABS and brake;
- Speedometer with trip ODO;
- Clock with Everrati™ logo;
Everrati™ converted Porsche 911s attracted a lot of attention at the Goodwood Festival of Speed in 2021. Such conversions are reassuringly protecting great classic cars from possible extinction as the automotive world continues the speedy move towards electrification.
